Yes we claim the total value of the package for shipping insurance. We take many precautions with these products as they are delicate and often irreplaceable.
Signature at Delivery is required on all shipments. The high value of the items makes this a much needed piece of the process. We take every step to ensure your item makes it to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 5 days after delivery for a refund (unless the item is marked as final sale).
Complete a Get an Offer form for the item(s) you would like to sell to us. We will then review it and send you over an offer sheet for the items.
If you accept an offer for consignment, we will then send a shipping label to send it to us for final review. If it is as described, we will then add the product to our next drop.
